CrushNCLEX Influencer Affiliate Agreement

Parties:
CrushNCLEX (Company) and [Influencer Name] (Influencer)

Purpose:
Influencer promotes CrushNCLEX programs using approved content, affiliate links, and discount codes.

Compensation:

• Influencer earns 20% of net revenue from sales generated through their affiliate link or discount code.

• Payments are made monthly.

• No commission is paid for refunds or chargebacks.

Influencer Responsibilities:

• Create honest content based on personal experience with the course.

• Follow FTC guidelines for affiliate disclosures.

• Avoid false claims or guarantees.

• Use only approved branding and messaging.

Company Responsibilities:

• Provide affiliate tracking link, discount code, and content kit.

• Provide full access to the course for review.

• Pay commissions on time.

Term and Termination:

• Either party may end the agreement with written notice.

• Violations of terms may result in removal from the program.

Independent Contractor:
Influencer is not an employee of CrushNCLEX.
